Our real estate lawyers have a combined legal experience in excess of sixty years.  That is long enough to have been through several real estate booms and busts, and to recognize that business opportunities, and legal issues, are found in all phases of the real estate cycle.  Through the years, the firm’s real estate lawyers have worked on projects of all sizes and descriptions, from residential sales to acquisitions and sales of regional malls, from complex commercial leases to agreements between roommates.  Each project is given the individual attention that it deserves.

Our real estate lawyers have experience in a wide variety of projects, including the purchase, sale and development of residential projects, multi-family housing projects, industrial and warehouse buildings, malls and retail centers of all sizes and descriptions; commercial, office and retail leases; PUD and condominium developments; and 1031 exchanges and tenancy in common arrangements.  The real estate group also handles litigation for developers and title insurance companies involving titles and encumbrances, as well as boundary line disputes.

The real estate group handles real estate finance matters, including loan transactions for lenders and borrowers, foreclosures and deficiency suits, and restructuring of credit relationships.
